Terms and Conditions — Casa Leah Puerto Escondido

These Terms and Conditions govern bookings and stays at Casa Leah Puerto Escondido (the "Hotel"), operated by The Mint Group S. de R.L. de C.V. (RFC MGR080225NZ4) — "Butik Stays". By making a reservation, you agree to these terms.

- Direct bookings can be made at stay.casaleah.co, by WhatsApp at +52 1 55 1306 0763, or by calling reception at +52 954 488 7875. - A valid email and phone number are required. - The person booking must be 18 years of age or older. - Reservations are subject to availability.

- Rates are quoted in Mexican Pesos (MXN) and may be displayed in US Dollars (USD) for reference. - Accepted payment methods: credit and debit card, electronic transfer, and cash. Personal checks are not accepted. - Payment is processed via secure third parties (Stripe and/or Mercado Pago). - A security deposit may be required at check-in at the Hotel's discretion (future policy).

- Standard Rate: Free cancellation up to 1 day prior to arrival. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival, or no-shows, will be charged 50% of the total reservation. - Non-Refundable Rate: Bookings made under this rate are non-refundable, non-modifiable, and non-transferable in the event of cancellation or no-show. - Holiday seasons (Christmas, New Year, Easter) may have stricter cancellation policies, communicated at booking. - The Hotel reserves the right to update its cancellation policy. The applicable policy is the one in effect at the time of booking.

- Check-in: 15:00 hrs (3:00 PM) - Check-out: 11:00 hrs (11:00 AM) - Early check-in or late check-out subject to availability and possible additional charge. - Valid government-issued photo ID required at check-in.

Casa Leah Puerto Escondido does not allow pets at this time.

- Guests are expected to behave respectfully and not disturb other guests. - Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. - Parties or large gatherings in suites are not allowed without prior written authorization. - Smoking is prohibited inside suites.

The registered guest is responsible for any damage caused to the Hotel's property or other guests during their stay.

Private buyouts of the entire property, weddings, retreats, and corporate events are available under separate quotation. Specific terms apply; contact reception.

- The Hotel maintains general civil liability insurance. - The Hotel is not responsible for personal items lost, stolen, or damaged outside the in-suite safe area. - Activities outside the property (surfing, tours, excursions) are at the guest's own risk and/or are operated by independent third parties.

All content on this site (texts, images, logos, design) is the property of Casa Leah Puerto Escondido / The Mint Group S. de R.L. de C.V., and may not be reproduced without written authorization.

These Terms are governed by Mexican law. Any controversy will be resolved before the competent courts in the State of Oaxaca.

The Hotel reserves the right to modify these Terms. The applicable version is the one published at the time of reservation.
