1. OUR COMMITMENT
At Casa Leah Puerto Escondido we believe that excellent hospitality should be accessible to as many people as possible. This page describes the current state of physical and digital accessibility honestly, so each guest can make an informed decision.
2. PHYSICAL ACCESSIBILITY AT THE HOTEL — HONEST ASSESSMENT
Casa Leah Puerto Escondido is a multi-level property with stairs between levels. Most suites are located on upper floors and are reached via stairs. We currently do not have an elevator.
The most accessible suites for guests with mobility limitations are our Garden View Suites, located on the ground floor. These suites are reached with minimal stairs and offer a more accessible entrance.
The following are NOT fully accessible to guests with reduced mobility at this time:
- Balcony Suites (located on upper floors via stairs)
- The Grand Penthouse (located on the top floor via stairs)
- Plunge Pool Suite (loft-style with internal stairs to the upper bedroom)
- Two-Bedroom Villa (loft-style with internal stairs)
- Rooftop deck (stairs only)
- Pools and pool bar (some sections accessed via stairs)
The path from the entrance to Zicatela Beach (47 steps) includes stairs.
