Butik Stays
Check-in is any time after 3 PM.
Check Out Time is 10:00 am.
Parties are fully prohibited. QUIET TIME FROM 10 PM TO 8 AM.
$300 usd penalty for smoking on the property. You will also be dismissed from your rental without a refund.
$250 usd penalty if noise level or other obscene behavior requires a police callout. You will also be dismissed from the property without a refund.
$100 usd Penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance.
Please do not throw trash or paper towels in the toilet to avoid clogging. Please use the trash can 🙂
Please do not hang any towels or cloths on the rooms balcony.
Please consider that this property is not pet friendly.
Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account.
On checkout please turn off the lights, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you, please turn off air conditioning.
If the unit/complex/hotel/reservation counts with pool services, the usage of the pool is under your own discretion.
PENALTIES WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE WITHDRAWN FROM YOUR BOOKING ACCOUNT.
Accommodation Terms
The Guest agrees to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by local laws.
The Guest shall behave in a respectful manner and be good neighbors, respecting the rights of the surrounding property owners. Creating a disturbance of the above nature shall be grounds for immediate termination of this agreement.
The Guest commits not to use the property for any illegal or commercial purpose, including but not limited to sub-leasing the property or allowing more people to stay above the maximum permitted, unless previously agreed upon with The Mint Group S de RL de CV – Butik Stays.
The Guest is responsible for any breakage or damage costs (or related costs) in or to the property – along with any extra costs that may result – caused by the Guest or any members of the Guest’s party.
The Owner can refuse to allow the Guest into the property or ask the Guest to leave if they reasonably believe the Guest or any member of the Guest’s party (or any other person invited by the Guest to the property) is behaving illegally or causing damage. In such cases, no refund will be provided, and the Owner will not be legally responsible to find any alternative accommodation.
The Guest must not hold events (such as parties, celebrations, or meetings) at the property without the advance written consent of The Mint Group S de RL de CV – Butik Stays. Violation of this rule will allow termination of the Agreement without providing a refund, and the Owner will not be legally responsible to find any alternative accommodation.
The Guest must allow The Mint Group S de RL de CV: Butik Stays or their representative (including workmen) reasonable notice for access to the property at any reasonable time during the stay, except in emergencies.
The Guest is obliged not to make any changes in the rented property without prior written agreement from The Mint Group S de RL de CV – Butik Stays.
By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, the Guest waives, discharges, and agrees to hold harmless The Mint Group S de RL de CV – Butik Stays from all damages or injuries arising from or related to the Guest’s stay at the Property.
Additional Policies:
Additional policies such as Rates and Fees, Check-In/Out Time, Cancellations, Minimum Stay, Smoking, Pets, Maximum Guests allowed, Children and age, Security Deposit, etc., will be according to the House rules or the Reservation policies provided separately by The Mint Group S de RL de CV – Butik Stays.
Cancellation Policy
Standard cancellation policy: To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they’ll be refunded 50% for all nights. If they cancel after that, there is no refund.
Long-term cancellation policy: This policy applies to all stays of 28 consecutive nights or longer and overrides your standard cancellation policy for those stays.
Guests who cancel a stay can get a full refund only if they cancel their reservation within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before their check-in date.
If a guest cancels after that, they’ll be charged for all nights spent plus 30 additional nights from the date of cancellation.
If a guest cancels with fewer than 30 days remaining on the reservation, they’ll be charged 100% for all of those remaining nights.
Reservations canceled at the property are not refundable.
Cancellation on high season dates are not refundable
High season dates:
October 30th and 31st
November 1st and 2nd
December 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 25th, 30th and 31st
January 1st and 2nd
Any change and/or addition to this Agreement, House rules, and Reservation Policy will be valid only if it is carried out in writing and signed by all parties.
Any announcement sent to either party by registered post in accordance with the precise address written in the introduction of this contract will be considered if received after 96 hours from the time of sending it from the post office.
This Agreement (including any House rules or Reservation policy) expresses and reflects all that was agreed between the parties and cancels any agreements and/or other understandings between them.
DISCLAIMER
All individuals entering Casa Leah’s premises or using its amenities do so at their own risk and responsibility and are subject to the following conditions: The owner, manager, or operator of Casa Leah’s facilities as well as its amenities and services, directors, area managers, employees, or representatives are not liable for any damage or theft to the property or to the guest occurring during their stay.
CASA LEAH AND BUTIK STAYS POLICIES
Casa Leah maintains a no-smoking policy in its rooms. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms, and any violation of this policy will result in a fine of $10,000.00 pesos per room. Any damage caused to furniture, artwork, or the room/hotel area must be covered at the total cost of the item or damage at the end of the stay.
Casa Leah is not responsible for the loss or damage to personal belongings.
The Wi-Fi offered at Casa Leah is via satellite service; therefore, the signal may experience interruptions. It is a complimentary service to guests; however, we do not guarantee the stability of the internet signal as we are located in an area without internet access.
The price does NOT INCLUDE charges for other optional services (such as extra consumption, tours, massages, internal activities, extra products, special amenities, pharmacy products, medical consultations, or products not specified in the reservation).
Pets are not allowed on the property.
The property is not accessible for people with disabilities, has limited access, and there is no elevator.
